Return Policy
We want every order to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please review the return and exchange terms below before placing an order.
Return Window
Return or exchange requests should be made within 14 days from receiving the order.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be in the same condition in which it was received.
- Proof of purchase or order number may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged Or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees may be deducted unless the return is due to our mistake.
